Order Modification or Cancellation

If you wish to modify or cancel your order shortly after it has been placed, please contact us at support@skandialights.com. Kindly include your full name, order number, and email address in your message. Our customer care specialists will verify whether your order can be updated or canceled before shipment and will confirm this with you by email if possible.

Requests for cancellation or modification due to a change of mind must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, we may no longer be able to interrupt the fulfillment process. As our team works diligently to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, some may already be in transit. In such cases, your item can be returned after delivery for a refund.

Are Returns Free of Charge?

At this time, return shipping costs are not covered by Skandia Lights. Customers are responsible for the safe return of their items.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return or exchange one or more items, please send them back to our warehouse for a refund or replacement. Kindly note that personalization or made-to-order fees are non-refundable.

Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once the items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Skandia Lights does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the return parcel remains under your responsibility until it reaches our facility. Once received, please allow two business days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion.

During peak periods such as sales or holidays, please allow up to five business days for your return to be processed.

We strongly advise keeping your proof of shipment and tracking number, as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost or stolen during return transit.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item has been received and verified, we will issue your refund or exchange within two to three business days.

During sale periods, processing may take up to seven business days due to higher order volumes.

If your return has been delivered for more than seven business days and you have not received confirmation, please contact our team at support@skandialights.com

Incorrect Item Received

In the rare event that your order contains an incorrect item, please contact our support team at support@skandialights.com. Our specialists will assist you promptly.

Refunds for Undelivered Orders

If, for any reason, your order has not arrived within 60 business days, you may request a full refund.

Please note that Skandia Lights cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Skandia Lights is not responsible for orders returned due to an incorrect address or for unclaimed parcels. Any reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply in the following cases:


  1. The customer refused delivery and the parcel was returned to sender.

  2. The customer did not collect the parcel from customs, resulting in its return.

  3. The order was already in transit when a late cancellation was requested and approved.

Warranty

All Skandia Lights luminaires are covered by a two-year limited warranty. Should any issue arise within this period, please contact support@skandialights.com. Our team will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement component or a new luminaire.

Beyond this period, refunds cannot be issued for reported issues. We recommend inspecting and testing your item upon delivery. When applicable, replacement parts or a new luminaire will be provided in accordance with our warranty policy.

Warranty claims are subject to review under the official Skandia Lights Warranty Guidelines.

Initial Inspection Requirement

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, you must report it within seven days of delivery to qualify for a full replacement, subject to evaluation. After this period, individual components may be replaced free of charge within the warranty terms. Detailed video instructions will be provided to assist with installation.
